SPS|Production Manager (SPS|PM) is the web-based software application on which SPS industry solutions are configured and deployed to ensure effective and sustainable implementation.
SPS|PM removes variability from programs / projects through identification and coordination of interfaces (hand-offs), optimizes the use of necessary capacity (resources), inventory (materials) and time (schedule) buffers to ensure project objectives are achieved,
and provides real-time reporting of performance / progress based on actual status of work in design, engineering, fabrication and construction.
